Hansel and Gretel Retold by Amy Ehrlich and Illustrated by Susan Jeffers

  I read this to my son this evening after dinner.  He was fascinated by a house made of gingerbread and candy.  It is a beautiful book.  It is a very classic version of Hansel & Gretel.  I am more than happy to have my son’s images of Hansel & Gretel to be the ones that Susan Jeffers has illustrated.
